What is my first step?

How do i pick my program dates?

Planning and Organizing: You will need at least one week to organize everything (your team, get materials, design your program). Larger groups planning to run a more extensive drive will want to start planning around a month before starting their drive.

Pre-marketing: If you can, spend at least a week getting out the news of your fundraiser (phone, email, etc). It is a great way to get you started!

Start Date: Make sure everyone understand your fundraiser and whats going on. Sending emails, having presentations, or announcements are all a great way to get the word out. You start day you want sellers excited about the program and anything extra thats offered (prizes).

Collection Date: This is the day all orders are turned into you. Usually around 2-3 weeks after the start date.

Delivery Date: If you need a specific date we will work to honor your request, but usually it is a minimum of 3 weeks after placing your order with Salamone Supplies.

What does Salamone Supplies provide and what is their responsibilty?

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free if you reach the minimum order of $2,000.

How do i communicate the sale to supporters?

You will want to communicate what you are selling, why you
need the funds, and the specifics of the sale like important dates, prices, and contact information. You could also use social media like email, Twitter, and Facebook to let everyone know about the sale.

Can i order extra product to sell after delivery?

Yes! You can continue ordering products and continue earning profits even after the sale is over.

Do i need to sell all the products?

No.

How do i know how much to order? How do i place my order?

When your sales drive is over and everyone has turned in there order forms you can use the Salamone Supplies total form to count up all of your orders. You then will need to send your payment to Salamone Supplies so we can process your order. You might consider ordering extra product. There may be late orders and people that show up wanting to take part or purchase more.

How do i motivate my sellers? Do you have a prize program?

Larger groups and schools raising money for general funding should either use our prize program or spend some time creating a strong motivation system to motivate their sellers. Salamone Supplies also offers a full service prize system that you could also take advantage of. Whatever you are using for motivation make sure to communicate them clearly throughout the fundraising drive.

Who pays for the prizes in the prize program?

Salamone Supplies pays for the prizes in the program.

Delivery and Distribution of Your Fundraising Products

How will my products arrive?

Your products will arrive in a truck, and will be delivered to the delivery location of your choice.

How do we distribute the products?

The products should be stacked by product type and easy to access.

Are the products pre-packaged according to orders?

No, product is seperated by type. Volunteers will check off orders according to the Totals sheet.

What do we do if it rains?

It is recommended that the delivery takes place in a covered area if extreme downpours happen. If the outside of the case gets a little wet the product will usually be fine. A covered place like an enterance or gym is usually recommended.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Delivery of products will be made by a Salamone Supplies Employee. If there is any damaged products let the driver know immediately.

What if the supporters don't pick up their orders?

Inform the supporters ahead of time what will happen to their orders. People sometimes forget to pick them up or can't make it on time. Please have a space in mind of where you can keep the orders if they aren't picked up on the designated day, and time.
